The Wolf Pack is the coterie of the Archon Tyrus in Chicago, and has recently become increasingly distant from the sect in the modern nights.
Overview[]
The Wolf Pack is a Gangrel biker gang and the coterie of the Archon Tyrus. While these vampires no longer command the fear and respect they enjoyed in years past, they remain the Camarilla's designated Archons for the area. More than once, they have demonstrated their ability to destroy any who violate the Traditions. They have also proved that a vampire chained to several motorcycles going in different directions suffers much the same fate as a mortal in the same situation.
Existing since at least 1989, the Pack originally served as the minions of Prince Lodin of Chicago. For decades, they have acted as rebels with a cause, rejecting their clan’s abandonment of the Ivory Tower to bend rules and crack heads in service of the Traditions. These five members are far from being mindless thralls of the Camarilla, however.
During Maldavis' rise to power, the Pack split over whom it should support. Tyrus wanted to maintain their traditional loyalties, while Anthius voiced support for the upstart. Before their differences escalated, Inyanga intervened and warned them to stay out of the conflict.
The Wolf Pack roams far and wide in their role as roving Archons, but they are short a few members after the brutal War of Chicago against the Lupines. Tyrus now seeks to restore the Pack’s reputation in the city after the blows it has taken over the years. While he hoped to form a bond with the young Prince, he has found him disdainful of his record and methods.
In reality, all Tyrus truly wants is to return to his transient life. Traveling from place to place without settling down for too long holds the greatest appeal for him. While he appreciates the security the Wolf Pack’s position in the city provides, he fears they have already outstayed their welcome. Only his younger charges’ desires to continue performing their duties to the city—and his sense of duty to them—keep him from leaving.
Members[]
Ghouls[]
The Wolf Pack has always maintained a group of ghouls to watch their backs during the day and in dangerous situations. Tyrus also keeps some regular gang members in his service for feeding purposes.
