William Biltmore is a member of the Kindred triumvirate that rules over New England, along with Roman Pendragon and Stanford Warwick.
Biography[]
Biltmore was born in Wales and during his life he became an accomplished bard. Eventually his songs turned darker, telling tales of monsters in the night that abducted the ignorant peasantry. His mind was haunted with visions of the undead, unknowing that what he saw was real and terrifying.
During a drought, Biltmore was accused of being a sorcerer and blamed for every misfortune that happened to anyone. He tried to flee to mainland Europe, but the mob captured him and nearly beat him to death. He was saved, however, by the intervention of a mysterious Frenchman called Antoine Le Fanu.
Fascinated by the somewhat distorted insight of Biltmore, Le Fanu gave him the Embrace and the two traveled together for a long time. When they returned to Wales in 1747, Biltmore avenged himself on the nobility by feeding on them and after a 100 years of fostering his local alliances, he assumed the Princedom of Cardiff.
A Ventrue plot forced him to flee to Switzerland, where he met Roman Pendragon and Stanford Warwick. Warwick coerced him to join Operation: Longbow in Zurich, and Biltmore traveled to New England, secretly backing Prince Quentin King III of Boston. William and his brood arrived in Boston in 1895, and accompanied by Warwick and Pendragon, they formed the Triad.
Biltmore has possibly left New England falling to the Beckoning.
