Wilhem Streicher is a 10th generation Brujah, childe of Cosmas, a Promethean descendant of Ecaterina the Wise. He acted as a supporting character of the 2000's computer game VTM: Vampire: The Masquerade - Redemption .
Biography[]
During the Dark Ages, Wilhem was one of Ecaterina's servants. A rather unusual Brujah, recognized by his calmness despite his action-oriented occupation. He acts as a companion to the newly created vampire, Christof Romuald, and becomes some sort of mentor figure to the neonate, teaching the basics of Cainite existence during his first nights.
When Christof falls under the sway of torpor, Wilhem proceeds with his unlife believing that his former companion had suffered Final Death. In modern nights, he and the Brujah Prometheans are later contacted by the Malkavian hacker known as Dev/Null, who informs them of Christof's resurgence.
Wilhem is finally able to meet with Christof in New York City, while his former companion was stirring up some trouble by interrogating Alessandro Giovanni, at his own warehouse. In his return, Wilhem unmasks the pretender Brujah "Pink" as a member of the Assamite clan working for the Tzimisce. Pink initially tries to deny it, revealing that Wilhem joined the monstrous Sabbat, but he later confesses everything, stating that his real name was actually Abdul Al-Hazim and that his mission was merely to prevent Christof from finding the ancient Tzimisce Methuselah in time.
Wilhem explains his Sabbat allegiance by saying that during all those years that Christof was in torpor, Ecaterina and most of the Prometheans had eventually joined the Sabbat for they could not ally themselves with the Ventrue who destroyed Carthage. Wilhem then becomes a member of Christof's coterie once more, charged by Archbishop Ecaterina to assist her childe in finding and destroying Vukodlak once and for all. He was by Christof's side when the crusader Brujah finally confronted the ancient Tzimisce and prevented his ascension.
