Wilhelm Peron Lehrder is the head of the Medellín Cartel.

Biography[]

Lehrder is the grandson of Juan Peron, the former military dictator of Argentina, via Peron's illegitimate son Erich. Erich Peron was not an active present in young Wilhelm's life, however, and he grew up in relative poverty in Quindio, Colombia during the 1960s.

As a young man, Lehrder traveled to Europe, where he met Otto Skorzeny, a former SS officer and a central figure in Europe's underground fascist movement. The two developed a life-long friendship and business relationship. When Lehrder was arrested in the United States in 1982 for trafficking marijuana, Skorzeny did his best to make Lehrder's prison term as easy as possible. During this time, Lehrder read a great deal of Nietzsche and devised plans for a new, more professional kind of drug trade.

Upon returning to Colombia, Lehrder became a moderately influential member of the Medellín Cartel, moving cocaine into the US by air. He escaped Team Tomorrow's anti-organized-crime purges and managed to retain or rebuild most of his base of operations. In 2012, the new Medellín cartel opened for business, with a legitimate front that allowed Lehrder to pursue his eugenic fantasies. He pours millions into Colombia's educational system, and operates secret death camps to purge the population of "inferiors". His goal is to become Colombia's leader and free it from Western imperialism, by whatever means necessary.
