Who's Who Among Werewolves: Garou Saga is a series of poems on legendary past heroes from the various Garou tribes as written by Ryn Ap Bleidd of the Fianna. All of them would be featured in the Rage card game as Past Lives.

The werewolves tell the tales of their greatest heroes, keeping alive the ways. Stories as old as time and even older, stories stretching back to the dim mists of prehistory and stories as new as yesterday.
The Garou must remember. For when the stories are no longer told, then the Dying Race will die.
From the Back of the Book:
- John Bridges works in the Confederate Necropolis of Richmond, Virginia. His art has been seen in many game products from various companies. He has also penciled for Marvel Comics and he does storyboards and comps for advertising guys in suits.
- Richard Kane Ferguson graduated Magnus Cum Bawdy of Art and Theocracy, and states that his most intense realization is that he enjoys "working 15 hours a day for months straight on these hallucinations."
- Tony DiTerlizzi is well known for his work on TSR's Monstrous Manual and the world of Planescape. He draws every day in his townhouse studio in Florida, where a carousing pack of goblins and brownies makes sure his work is on time.
- Brian LeBlanc's interest in fantasy art started at a young age. Besides illustrations for Werewolf, his art is also featured in Metallic Bliss by Silver Tongue, Inc., where he "pours shades of his very soul on the page."
- Rustin Quaide has been published in White Wolf's Drums Around the Fire and Dragonfly magazine (poetry). He holds a master's degree in Fantastic Literature from George Mason University and lives near Washington D.C.
