The Well is a Haunt associated with the memory-consuming properties of the Ocean of Fragments that lies at the base of the Underworld. Unlike most Haunts, the Well does not count as affinity toward any Burden and can only be learned by plumbing the depths of the Great Below. Additionally, its use is a dangerous risk: Over time, the Sin-Eater's own identity will be worn away.
Powers[]
Submerge the Self: The Sin-Eater becomes capable of trading memories as ghosts do.
Awash in Unknown Tides: The caster invokes the power of the Rivers of the Underworld, summoning them into the targeted area. The Sin-Eater must have drunk from the waters of the River in question.
Lightless Depths: The waters of the Ocean form a mask on the face of the caster, preventing onlookers from recalling her or anything she does. Additionally, the Sin-Eater may strip memories with a touch.
Vortices of Self and Memory: The Bound may meld together disparate memories and insert them into a target's mind.
Remade in the Ocean's Womb: The Sin-Eater can partially dissolve the living and dead and reform them around certain memories, changing the targets' traits to fit.
