Water Horses, also known as each uisge, kelpies, drowning horses, or huenna sisi, are water-spirits that feed on humanity's fear of water.

Often taking the form of a horse, a wave of brackish water, or a handsome man or woman, kelpies were born of the association of the ocean with horses.
They regularly feed by tricking victims into touching them, whereupon they will use their numina to drag targets into the water to drown them, consuming the fear that ensues.
