W. Keith Winkler worked in Marketing Communications at White Wolf from 1993 to 1995. He began as a summer public relations intern, worked part-time in sales and marketing (while completing his degree at Emory University), and ultimately worked in the Marketing Department. He oversaw ad sales and other aspects of White Wolf Magazine (later Inphobia), helped plan and coordinate White Wolf's presence at conventions like Dragon Con and Gen Con, liaised with international publishers, and was able to contribute creatively to several projects such as the original Mage: The Ascension Rulebook and a few other publications.
He is especially proud of being part of the team that conceived of the Pentex Board of Directors contest at Gen Con 1993 wherein winners of the contest were featured in the supplement, Monkeywrench! Pentex.
In Summer 2021 he left the field of academia after teaching college English, Literature, Linguistics, and Business Communications for 18 years. He currently works remotely for a digital marketing firm as a Content Specialist.
