- Some time after the Ankaran Sarcophagus crisis in Los Angeles, Isaac Abrams, "Nines" Rodriguez, and Therese Voerman each recognize the other as baron over the respective domains of Hollywood, Downtown, and Santa Monica, agreeing to work together as a council to re-solidify Anarch sovereignty over the city. Meanwhile, the enigmatic fledgling rumored to be responsible for the Final Death of Sebastian LaCroix vanishes.

- A Camarilla scheme to break DI Khan's resolve backfires horribly, galvanizing him to spearhead the Second Inquisition's offensive in the UK. British anti-terror unit SO13 begins the sterilization of London. This will continue for the next seven years.
- Camarilla elders begin to feed information about Anarch holdings as well Sabbat in an attempt to deflect attention from their own domains.

- The Red Question deal directly with Camarilla Justicars; the next day, the 2007-08 financial collapse begins.

- Meeting of the Camarilla Inner Council chooses a new slate of Justicars, elevating Lucinde to Ventrue Justicar for Unlife.

- Simultaneous conclaves are held in Chicago and Prague. Theo Bell assassinates Hardestadt (and possibly Jan Pieterzoon) at the Prague Conclave. The Brujah formally leave the Camarilla.
- Juggler surreptitiously produces a Hollywood zombie movie filmed in Gary, Indiana. The film is heavily coded with pro-Anarch messages. The Anarchs of Hollywood recognize his handiwork, and back his claim to become the Baron of Gary.
- A group of Kindred led by an infiltrator compromise Second Inquisition operations in the Midwest across three states, disrupting a city-clearing operation in Detroit.
- The Heralds of the Sun are awakened by the Cult of Mithras to help prepare their Methuselah god-king for the Ritual of Transferring the Soul.

- Queen Ann is decapitated in London, effectively concluding the sterilization of the city.
- The Camarilla meets with the Banu Haqim and the Setite Ministry on the same night to weigh the merits of admission into the Camarilla. The Ministry meeting ends prematurely when a bomb levels the hotel where the dignitaries are convening, with the blast reportedly destroying the Justicar Molly MacDonald. The preferential optics of the Banu Haqim selecting a discreet, small-town kitchen in Denmark as their venue likely results in their admittance to the sect. Facing rejection, the Ministry instead moves to align themselves with the Anarchs.

- Maxwell returns to Chicago after two decades spent battling the Sabbat in Central and South America.

- Modius is deposed as Prince of Gary, Indiana after a ghoul lets slip that it is he who is responsible for the deaths of numerous Kindred in the city after sending Sullivan Dane a box full of intelligence. With the blessing of Annabelle Triabell, Modius is placed under arrest by the Anarchs.
- Prince Quentin King disappears from Boston under mysterious circumstances. While many assume him to have been Beckoned, in reality, King had been captured and imprisoned by Hilda MacAndrews in retaliation for the humiliation and mutilation she'd suffered on the Prince's orders.

- A mysterious hysteria plagues several members of the Boston Camarilla.

- A progressive mayor is elected in Gary, Indiana.
- The Sub-Ministerial Level Consultation Program to Address Stochastic Crisis Events (SMLCPASCE), an operation of the Second Inquisition, is formed.

- Massive slaughter in Berlin stretches the Masquerade to the breaking point. Berlin becomes an Anarch domain after Prince Abraham Wolff is destroyed in the street.
- The suspicious murder of a young woman named Laura at the Black Dog Hotel makes headlines in Las Vegas.

- Vannevar Thomas claims praxis over Los Angeles. The city's Anarch barons quickly negotiate a truce with the Camarilla in order to avoid an immediate, highly destructive war.
- Antwerp, Belgium is taken over by the Anarchs after centuries of Camarilla rule. Storming Elysium at the Royal Museum of Fine Arts under cover of the city's ongoing gilets jaunes protests and riots, the rebels crush in the skull of Toreador Prince Delphine Gaël, who was trapped in a trance. He meets Final Death being stuffed into a barrel and burned next to a police barricade.
- The Voerman sisters' Asylum franchise has expanded internationally, with nightclubs opening all across America, Asia, and Europe.
- The Succubus Club debuts in Los Angeles, with Victoria Ash herself in attendance. The evening is finished out with Baron Victor Temple publicly executing his rival Bobby Blaine on the dance floor.
- The Banu Haqim formally join the Camarilla.
2019[]
- Clan Lasombra is granted formal membership in the Camarilla after a vote in Chicago, following a diplomatic campaign by the Amici Noctis. The ritual sacrifice of Malenkov and other high-ranking Sabbat members are among the notable concessions rendered. Most other cities accepting of them begin following the general rule of thumb that one Lasombra must be sacrificed for every one who is to join the sect.
- The domains of Boston, Massachusetts and Hartford, Connecticut merge into one under the praxis of Hazel Iversen. However, at the Unification Party meant to celebrate this alliance, the assembled Kindred are attacked by agents of the FBI's Special Affairs Department, resulting in several Final Deaths.
- The torpored body of Zelios is discovered in a labyrinth hidden deep within the sewers beneath Griffith Park in Los Angeles. He was eventually recovered and awakened by Maximillian Strauss.
- Baron Isaac Abrams of Hollywood leaves Los Angeles to answer the Beckoning.

- A devastating Second Inquisition offensive, spearheaded by the Society of Leopold, roils the vampiric population of Los Angeles. The Camarilla, finding the situation untenable, withdraws from the city once more as Prince Vannevar Thomas and his court abandon the city. The L.A. Anarchs quickly regroup and attack the Society, decapitating their leadership and crippling their operations in the city. Victorious in the moment, they redeclare the sovereignty of the Anarch Free State and pronounce the Camarilla persona non grata.
- New York Anarch baron Douglas Callihan is unexpectedly found dead in his office. Prince Hellene Panhard sends Lasombra clan representative Julia Sowinski to investigate on behalf of the Camarilla.
- Multiple cities throughout the Baltic States all experience massive spikes of "itinerant Kindred" moving east towards Russia.
- Prince Lettow Kaminsky of Tucson succumbs to the Beckoning.

- Rafael Obrero intentionally facilitates his daughter Alejandra's Embrace in an attempt to create a loyal vampire infiltrator for his crusade. Instead, Alejandra frenzies and kills her father before fleeing.
- Prince Arundel of Ottawa goes missing, leaving Seneschal Eden Corliss in charge of affairs.
- In the wake of a bloody assault by the Mortician's Army, Cecily Bain becomes Prince of the Twin Cities.
- After months of violence, the last remnants of the Sabbat's Baltic Migration cross over the Russian border. Local Anarchs believe that the Black Hand is pursuing something - or someone - towards Siberia.
- Mathieu Cassel hosts an exclusive auction of Kindred artifacts in Munich.

- A blood cult known as the Cult of Aristovoros begins to cause turmoil within the city of Athens. However, it's later revealed that the cult is little more than an elaborate ploy by Sophia Komnenou to seize power from the reigning Prince Peisistratos.

- Justice travels to Venice, seeking out the Hecata conspirators responsible for the destruction of their sire, Mahmoud.
- A coterie is assembled by the Camarilla Court of Montreal in order to investigate rumors of the Sabbat's resurgence within the city.
- Conventicle Alchemie is held in Trencin.
2024[]
- Theo Bell and Agata Starek wipe out a Sabbat nest in Belfast.
- The Plague-Bride is sighted in a small village in Romania.
- A hunter group known as the Hunter Offensive emerges in New York City, bankrolled by the tech mogul Aaron Fletcher. These hunters successfully manage to destroy several Thin-blooded and Fledgling vampires, even going so far as to plant explosives in the Art Hole Elysium in Queens, destroying the gallery and very nearly annihilating the Court of New York. In the aftermath, Sheriff Qadir al-Asmai manages to track down and kill Fletcher, ending the threat for the time being.
- An infamous Elder known as "The Nomad" awakens in an abandoned building in Seattle, having spent over a century in torpor. Their awakening coincides with the final stages of a Sabbat conspiracy that devastates the local Camarilla in an event later dubbed by the mortal press as "Red Christmas".
- Anarch leader Zivko Batrovic is destroyed by the Camarilla, leaving the Unbound of Milan scattered and directionless.

- Following a series of bloody betrayals, the Ravnos Kali manages to flee New York in possession of a vial containing the vitae of the Ravnos Antediluvian. Pádraic Conroy is one casualty of her escape.
