The Unity - also revered as the All-Encompassing or the King of Obedience - is the Exarch of Mind and one of the four Archigenitors. She grants the Prelacy of Obligation and his Ministry is the Hegemonic Ministry. Her number is one.
According to the Seers, he is responsible for cleansing people of their individuality. People are weak alone, but together, acting under one will, they might taste the divinity they lost when they Fell. They need only sacrifice freedom. She whispers of the joys of conformity and manifests through impersonal institutions such as banks and governments.
