United African Nations

The United African Nations is one of the major global states of the Unity Age, the result of a gradual "consolidation" of African countries under a common banner beginning in the 2070s. This was aided by the global shift to a platinum currency standard in 2067, which catapulted many parts of Africa into relative wealth. The UAN became a leader in space exploration and colonization, even before the Upeo wa Macho teleporters revealed themselves.
