The Treaty of Durham was a pact of non-interference between the Ventrue of England and the Toreador of France and Scotland, signed in 1693[1]. Spearheaded by the English Ventrue, the Toreadors were forced to sign it[2]. Queen Anne later used this to cement her claim over London after the fall of Mithras[3].
Through the Treaty, the Toreador were forced to give some of their own to London, to be kept as hostages.
