Tim Roche graffitied the walls of a compound and killed his comrade Mendoza to create a commotion, aiming to position himself as the leader of The Parkie Mob. However, the graffiti claiming responsibility for Mendoza’s death has created another issue.
Lancaster is not the one responsible for tagging the walls. Instead, the artist behind it is Tim Roche, who is making a play for leadership of the coterie. He believes Boyce has had his time and needs a public embarrassment to force the issue.
