Lady Theophana was a Malkavian who partook in the Conspiracy of Isaac.

Biography

The voices say that all Hell breaks loose in the Maelstrom: the dead rise, and all our sires roam at will. All are weak. All are powerful. All can fall. All can rise, and... what were we talking about again? Hmmm. No, I know nothing about any Maelstrom.

The Malkavian prophetess Theophana once made the crumbling ruins of the Temple of Knossos into her haven. It was there that she met and raised Erianthe, teaching her the ways of the Oracle; the girl served as Theophana's ghoul for almost two centuries, but when Theophana felt a call to leave Crete, she Embraced Erianthe and left her to serve as the next Oracle, guarded according to tradition by three Black Furies who saw the madness and undead status of the Oracle's position as divinely inspired.

Lady Theophana became legendary for her cruel appetites and obsession over insanity. She longed delve into the minds of those around her to search for the sweetmeats of madness that lied within. She was willing to do or say anything to extract these morsels, laughing gleefully at the delightful insanity her antics released onto the all-too-sane world. Her extra level of Auspex allowed her to communicate telepathically.

She opposed the idea of the Camarilla and the Founders and was also an enemy of the Cappadocians. Claudius Giovanni exploited these characteristics, making her into one of the thirteen conspirators that sought overthrow Japheth.

After the Conspiracy, although she initially survived the rage of the Founders, she was eventually destroyed by Inyanga in Portugal, when the latter discovered her feeding practices – Theophana fed solely upon babies.

Appearance

Theophana was slender, tall woman-child, about 16 years old, with waist-length blonde hair. She wore a torn, soiled, silken gown with decayed floral arrangement in her hair.
