- Samuel Haight - A Garou/Ghoul/Mage who is coming to Mexico City to gain the blood of a extremely powerful vampire (who he believes to be a Antediluvian, but is really only a Methuselah), planning to use the vitae he gains to become even more powerful and then drop from sight and focus on expanding his Skin Dancer tribe.
- Harzomatuili, Leader of the Sepulchre - The highest ranking Black Spiral Dancer in the America's, he was with Cortes when he conquered Mexico and has never left. Leader of the Hell-Pit Hive/Underbelly of the Wyrm beneath Mexico City.
