Tatsin

Tatsin is an ally of Kumiko Hadoki. Together, they infiltrated the Otanaga Power Plant and shut down its nuclear reactor. He killed Mr. Sumimoto when the bakemono tried to prevent their escape from the bane-filled power plant.
