Naming convention[]
Please stop changing [Ravnos] to Ravnos. As described under Talk:Tzimisce and Antediluvian, this is intentional. It is standard naming practice to say [Ventrue] rather than "The Ventrue Antediluvian," particularly when the real name of the Antediluvian is not known. --IanWatson 15:34, 31 Dec 2005 (UTC)
Date[]
Is there any confirmation that the listed dates are in fact when the Week of Nightmares happened?--MythicFox 10:12, 22 February 2006 (UTC)
- Different sources vary (even within the same game line), but the majority of them agree with the dates mentioned, to some degree. --Ian 21:44, 22 February 2006 (UTC)
- The dates I found on this page when I did my major edit agree with the info in VTM: Time of Thin Blood (book) , which is the primary source. There are no definitive dates given, hence the caveat used here. -- Guybrush 22:09, 22 February 2006 (UTC)
- Ah, cool, thanks to the both of ya.--MythicFox 20:29, 23 February 2006 (UTC)
- No prob. That's why these discussion pages are here. (: For the record, most sources claim that it happened in "the last week of June" or "in July" or sometimes "the last week of July." I've assumed that a one-week span which covers the end of June and beginning of July covers most bases. FWIW, Infinite Tapestry has an email exchange between an Etherite and a Technocrat spanning several years, but it culminates with an email sent July 4th warning the Etherite that the Shockwave Clause is going to be instituted in approximately two hours. I tried hard to pick dates that validated the most sources possible. --Ian 00:21, 24 February 2006 (UTC)
