Virtues and Vices and a Changeling's Mask and Mien[]
In Shart's edition he wrote that he has reworked the article to fit in with 2nd Edition, and make it less 1ed CTL-specific. Well, I must admit the only scenario of CofD I delved into was Changeling: The Lost (and as far as I'm concearned, CTL's second edition hasn't come out yet). That being said, in light of my knowledge of CTL, the following statements that were added to the article don't seem right:
- "Not all beings possess a virtue. (...) Changelings instead possess a Mask (...)"
- "Not all beings possess a vice. (...) Changelings possess a Mien (...)"
Anyway, can someone specify the source of those statements so we can educate ourselves about their meaning? Russel Hammond (talk) 21:13, October 23, 2016 (UTC)
You can see it here, it was published in the Open Development Blog for changeling that was meant to give rules for those who wanted to playtest the rules until the book comes out: http://theonyxpath.com/changeling-the-lost-tinkering-and-toying/. That said, we could cut the changelings until Second Edition comes out and we have it official. Sharth (talk) 21:28, October 23, 2016 (UTC)
I have read the page (briefly), but couldn't find any mention to that information you inserted in the article. In fact, the character creation rules they presented still maintain Virtues and Vices for Changeling characters.Russel Hammond (talk) 21:55, October 23, 2016 (UTC)
Nevermind that, I have seen the page you meant. I was at the template rules. You are right and I will correct.Sharth (talk) 22:36, October 23, 2016 (UTC)
Very well. Thanks. Russel Hammond (talk) 00:30, October 27, 2016 (UTC)
