Allegiance[]

I know for a fact that Lucita is allied with the Sabbat. She was fiercely independent up until the death of her "father," Archbishop Monçada, but following that she took a mentor in a Path of Enlightenment - the exact one escapes me at the moment.

She appeared as, IIRC, a Sabbat Bishop in Clanbook: Lasombra Revised. Bruce Baugh's excellent Lasombra Clan Novel Trilogy (Shards, Shadows, Sacrifices) was done partially as an effort to explain how the fiercely independent Kindred had managed to become a Bishop for the Sabbat in such a short period of time.

On the other hand, this article claims that she's worked as a Camarilla Archon. I don't recall that. Source? --Ian talk 17:34, 2 January 2007 (UTC)

This is what happens when you start with one source and don't go beyond that...consider my lesson learned. The source for her working as an archon is the official write up that accompanied Clan Novel Lasombra (which I think predates the trilogy - and which I thought was identical to the writeup in the Revised Clanbook, which is my I didn't look it up, so mea culpa on all counts.) -- Benjamin 22:58, 2 January 2007 (UTC)
I looked up Lucita in CB:Lasombra Rev, and her write-up suggests she rarely interacts with either sect, except in disguise. I guess I may have to read those clan novels if I want to get at her true story... -- Benjamin 14:06, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
