Euthanatoi vs. Euthanatos[]
Wouldn't it be more appropriate to call the faction itself the Euthanatos, since thats what they're almost always called by everyone? Euthanatoi is just a technical correction, and even then it only refers to multiple members of the Euthanatos.
- The faction was originally called the Euthanatoi, although that term has fallen out of use by newer members. Despite this, the term does still appear quite often in Mage books.
- Besides, Euthanatos redirects here anyway. --IanWatson 00:53, 17 Jan 2006 (UTC) (Don't forget to sign your posts)
Euthanatos and the planet Mercury?[]
May be putting this in the wrong place (not sure about this wiki's policies), but I wanted to fact-check something. I've got a TV Tropes page about tidally locked planets and somebody posted an example about the Euthanatos, to wit:
| “ | In Mage: The Ascension the Euthanatos had a base on tidally-locked Mercury. This was destroyed In-Universe when, out-of-universe, Mercury was revealed to not actually be tidally locked. | ” |
Seems a little odd to me in terms of real-world timing. --StarSword (talk) 22:27, October 20, 2015 (UTC)
To my knowledge of the topic, the Euthanatoi never had a base on Mercury (the Ahl-i-Batin and the Order of Hermes did). The Euthanatoi have a presence on Cerberus, on of the moons of Pluto. Seems that the author of the TV Tropes entry confused something.Sharth (talk) 12:56, October 21, 2015 (UTC)
Seconded. Moogle001 (talk) 01:40, November 7, 2015 (UTC)
Chakramuni[]
This article lists Chakramuni and Scholars of the Wheel as separate factions. But aren't they the same group? Small Earth Cat (talk) 16:56, 20 February 2021 (UTC)
