Sybil is a female childe of the Lasombra Antediluvian, as well as sire of the deceased Prince Marcus Vitel.
Biography
Apparently her manipulations have been in place way before Marcus Vitel came to D.C., through Marissa, the former Prince of Washington. Clan Lasombra is aware of her existence and dubbed her "Lasombra's American childe".
