Sybil is a female childe of the Lasombra Antediluvian and the sire of the Prince of Washington D.C.. Apparently her manipulations have been early before Marcus Vitel came to D.C., through Marissa, the former Prince of Washington D.C.. Clan Lasombra is aware of her existence and dubbed her Lasombra's American childe.
