Stone

The Contracts of Stone are a set of changeling abilities found in Changeling: The Lost. It is associated with and used by Ogres.

The purpose of the contracts of Stone is quite simple: enhance the abilities, particularly the strength and fighting-types, of an Ogre who calls on them.

Abilities

• Might of the Terrible Brute - If fighting bare-handed, the changeling may increase their own strength.
• Ogre's Rending Grasp - If the changeling attempts to remove a barrier, they gain the strength to rip or smash it away.
• Display Grandiose Might - If using their skills to gain acclaim, the changeling may add strength to any non-fighting ability, such as jumping, running, or climbing.
• Gluttonous Feast of Health - If offered food by a stranger, the changeling may eat large quantities of it to heal themselves.
• Red Rage of Terrible Revenge - A changeling seeking justice for a loved one may gain a rage that grants them great strength and damage resistance.
