Spearfinger, also known as Utlunta or Granny Death, is a powerful spirit that prefers to hunt in mountain settings.
Overview[]
“ | << Uwe la na tsiku Su sa sai. (Liver, I eat it. Yum, yum)>> | ” |
An elemental or cannibalism-spirit that fed on the fear generated by her attacks on the Cherokee people, she was ultimately driven away from their lands by the discovery of her ban. She continued to hunt the mountains, though, taking the form of a lost old woman, usually taking her victims' hearts or livers. Her disguise is less-than-perfect when not hidden by smoke or distance. Her skin is made up of minerals, while her right index finger is unnaturally-long and tipped by an obsidian claw.
Over time, knowledge of her weakness has waned. It is likely that she will return to her old hunting grounds so as to claim vengeance.
