Sleepytown is a Technocratic town in one of the I-states, patterned after the "perfect world" seen in 50's-era television. The citizenry have little-to-no contact with the outside world, and have been raised and educated with a focus on patriotism and science. They don't believe in magic — even their fairy tales are carefully edited to remove any reference to the occult.
