Simon de Cosa was a powerful Brujah of Spanish Louisiana. Around 1700, he battled for territory with a Ventrue philosopher named Doran. The skirmishes continued over time and grew into a bitter war, until he vanished in 1801, leaving no trace behind. He ruled as Prince of New Orleans previous to his disappearance.
