Silat ibn Isa was a vampiric inhabitant of Khwarazm and dedicated on fighting the Mongols that had invaded it.
Biography
Silat has lived in the city of Bukhara in the Khwarazm Empire since the days of his Embrace, cultivating a strong network of spies and scholars within the city. A devout muslim, he enjoyed the state of Bukhara as a central trading point and immersed himself in the intellectual pursuits the city offered.
