The Sharp-Knife Man is a True Fae with an interest in stopping the completion of the Children's Contract. He is the Keeper of Cancer John and still holds the changeling on a leash.

Appearing much like a Victorian doctor, the Other nonetheless maintains a single piece of modern equipment — a stethoscope that always hangs around his neck. The only other equipment he keeps is a pair of long scalpels which he uses as hands. As a creature that fancies himself a doctor, the True Fae is not particularly adept in combat.
The Sharp-Knife Man is an embodiment of the Strangers' curiosity, taking apart nearly everything he sees to test their boundaries — including the children he kidnaps.
