The Sesha are the highest council of the Nagah who are responsible for judging and acknowledging the progress of a Nagah and giving the rank and access to new gifts. The Sesha also reinforce the Sacred Laws and punish those who deny them and are responsible for choosing the targets of a Nest. They are stationed in the Nandana Ananata.
The Sesha is always composed of nine Nagah — three Vasuki, three Balaram, and three Ahi — in order to maintain balance and justice in their sentences.
