Sacheverell, He Who Knows the Shape of Things to Come is one of the Yozis, the surviving Primordials that were sealed off within Malfeas at the end of the Primordial War. Unlike his siblings, Sacheverell is trapped in endless slumber, a state he's been in since his original Fetich Soul was slain early in the war.
Biography
Before the Primordial War, Sacheverell was known as The Lidless Eye That Sees, who could see both the past, the present and the future with perfect clarity. His Fetich Soul, The White Ram, was the original guardian of the gates of Yu-Shan. When the White Ram was killed in the opening stages of the War, The Lidless Eye was reborn as Sacheverell, and the Primordial fell into an eons-long slumber, which continues to this day.
In his sleep, his power is kept in check, as he can only observe all of time while awake. When he was reborn as his current self, he gained the power to forcefully bind Fate itself into his visions, ensuring that whatever he could see would inevitably happen, no matter what. It is believed that if he were to reawaken, all of reality would be forever bound by the future he sees, a future that would be impossible to change, not even by the Exalted themselves. It is the reason his fellow Yozis keep him asleep, and the reason no one in all of existence want him to ever wake up.
