Roscoe Thanh is a freelance band promoter in the Pioneer Valley and a member of the Three Families by way of marriage.
Biography[]
Roscoe's family came to America from Vietnam when he was very young. Thoroughly unimpressed by the country he found himself in, Roscoe fled to New York and joined a street gang, where he learned to move counterfeit merchandise and protect himself. He also fell in love with the early punk and hip hop scenes there, which is where he met his future wife, who was a member of the Three Families. When New York got too hot, he fled with her to the quieter pastures of the Valley and put his skills to work protecting the Garou, using music venues to let them move easily among human populations. His wife died at the Battle of Graves Farm, but Roscoe kept Hog Throne and his other music venues running. Now he's a tough old man with long gray hair and scarred knuckles, still ready to fight for Gaia or his bands.
