Rosa is a young Hispanic Thin-blooded vampire living on the beach under Santa Monica Pier. Like many thin-bloods[1], she has prophetic visions of the future.

- Rosa's prophetic visions are often assumed by fans to be because she's Malkavian. However, it's a common ability among the thin-blooded, regardless of their clan of origin. Like most thin-bloods, Rosa has no other notable clan markers, so it's impossible to determine her clan of origin.
- Rosa's prophecies to the protagonist within VTM: Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines foretell the events of the plot.
- "You have been... no, no, you are going to China. Why is he smiling? The father? Is it- Is it the father behind him? You chased it for the one at the top of the city... on the sea... oh, underground... ha, you found it... in the crypt, heh... it's open... hoh, he... it's open... oh god, oh god, run!

- A video of Rosa uploaded to Jadusable's YouTube channel was retroactively incorporated as part of the second arc of Jadusable's popular "Ben Drowned" haunted Majora's Mask ARG/creepypasta. The arc introduces a character named Rosa whose personality is inspired by the Bloodlines character.
