Rolf Reiter is a Vampire whose Haven is in Lemon City, not far outside Miami.

Born in Germany, Reiter was brought over to Florida as a child. There, after a rather difficult childhood, he was given the Embrace and promptly dropped by his sire. Rolf, by that point a wannabe skinhead, was not accepted into Kindred society any more than he was in the mortal world.
His fortunes changed on coming into contact with a motley of Autumn changelings who needed help. Largely unaware of his nature as a Vampire (seeing it as little different than some cannibalistic Ogres, they thought little of letting him take some of their blood when he needed it. Rolf is now addicted to the taste of Glamour in Lost blood. What’s more, he sees changeling blood as his way into the good graces of Vampiric high society.
