Lady Regina Blake is a Toreador Cainite of London, and Keeper of Elysium in the court of Queen Anne.

Regina's mortal mother was Emma Blake, from the Ducheski family of ghouls. She was Embraced by Victoria Ash, and was her lover during the Victorian Age, although the two have become estranged since Victoria left London in 1880.
In her first century as a Kindred, Regina's deft social skills afforded her the ability to steer quite clear of the schemes of others. Her success in this way of unlife did not escape the notice of Queen Anne, who appointed her London's Keeper of Elysium in order to exploit the advantageous optics of her ruthless neutrality.
Fall of London[]
She was last seen defending The Trunk against Operation Antigen raid before it was burned to the ground. If she survived, she could be called in as an ally in the fight against Mithras, so she can finally feel free of him.
