Raymond Blackwater, also known as Blacksea, is a Dauntain in East Sussex, England.
Overview[]
Mr. Blackwater is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Datasoft International, Ltd. He is also a potent dark sorcerer. He is also a skilled swordsman. He tends to decorate his offices with Cold Iron as a precaution.
Blackwater's operation and plans to gather information on the Kithain of the Kingdoms of Mist and of Roses, called "Project Medrawt," was recently foiled by Sir Stephen Grey of House Eiluned.

A confident-looking man in a double-breasted suit. He wears his hair slicked back against his head and reminds one of a used-car-salesman.
Known Henchpeople[]
- Ms. Mona Wansamore - a secretary at D.I.L.. Sir Stephen seduced her to get access codes through D.I.L. security.
- Ms. Blackjack - a tall, personal bodyguard carrying a number of throwing blades and small firearms. She may be attracted to Sir Stephen.
