Quiet Luke is a Summer courtier and member of the Apostolic Knights, a motley composed of himself, Mark Stalwart, Strong Matthew, and John St. Elmo.

An academic sort, Luke is a scholar of Fae lore. Currently, he is guarding a book that is said to constantly look several weeks into the future. Winter changeling Blue Jenny greatly desires said book for reasons having absolutely nothing to do with prophecy — it is her old diary and, as such, bears her true name.

Despite the fact that in first edition, the Oracle kith is exclusive to Wizened changelings, Luke utilizes the Elemental Seeming blessing. Presumably, the Demo is making use of an optional rule in Winter Masques by which kith and seeming may be dissociated from one another, a rule made default in second edition.
