By Camirilla standards as the prince of vampires, though not all believe this. His position in vampire society as told by some of the anarchs, was not earned naturally but by other means. The Camirilla's laws are enforced by the prince, but do not apply to the anarchs seeing as they are free. The player first encounters this LaCroix at the beginning of the game. While the fate of the players sire is pre-judged, Lacroix allows a second chance, allowing the player to choose a seperate fate for themself. At all times the prince is protected by an all powerful bodyguard only known as The Sheriff. LaCroix appears to request unwarranted errands and investigations simply because he can. And at several points uses dominate should the player try to refuse. The fate of the prince in all endings is deserved to an obscene extent.
