The Boston Tower, or the Prince's Refuge, is the headquarters of the Boston Camarilla vampires, located in downtown Boston.

Overview[]

If a Kindred's haven is a reflection of their soul, the high-rise on Nashua Street leaves little doubt as to Hazel Iversen's nature. An expert blend of the Ventrue love of wealth and a vampire's taste for concealment, the high-rise was built especially for her on land that had been in her mortal family for ages. When the old building was to be demolished, the land was ceded to a dummy corporation who hastened to have a fake construction project approved. An architectural firm affiliated with the Iversen empire worked to convert several floors of the new tower into luxury apartments. Finally, the construction was done with a sufficiently high crew turnover to prevent too much precise monitoring of the actual plans. The lower floors were occupied by inconspicuous companies owned by Hazel Iversen, who kept the upper floors for her personal use. The place is a symbol of the unprecedented concentration of power in the Boston domain and has never left the local Camarilla indifferent... But the "Swan" pays no heed to the squawking in the barnyard.
