Pranksgiving is the Pooka name for Highsummer, a Festival of the Kithain celebrated during the hottest part of the summer.

During this special time the Pooka take great pains to enact the greatest prank possible on the mortals around them. The one who does gains great prestige. While practical jokes that end in death or serious harm are considered gauche, the Unseelie among them rarely care.
