In a scenario involving [Tzimisce], for instance, Tremere attempts to seize mental control of the entire human race while the Eldest triggers an aspect of Vicissitude in everyone (Tremere included) and mutates them, while in her scenario, Ennoia becomes one with the planet Earth (a sort of jumped-up Earth Meld).
