Playmate is a sub-type of the Fairest seeming. They are friends and companions. Theirs is the blessing of the The Circle of Friends.
First Edition[]
A changeling taken by a True Fae who just wants someone to play with might become a member of the Playmate kith.
Second Edition[]
This kith is generally formed from mortals who felt lost and alone, such as new divorcees or individuals reeling from the death of a parent. Playmates do not have a particular shape toward which they trend, like most kiths. Instead, each is shaped according to the needs of their particular Keeper.
The majority of Playmates did not escape at all; rather, they were tossed aside. This has led to suspicion being cast toward them by other changelings, a feeling that wars with the sheer usefulness of their kith blessing.
Kith Blessing[]
Passive Blessing: These changelings excel in using Persuasion to make others like them or their friends.
Coeur Loyal: A Playmate can spend Glamour to touch a target and heal them of injury, with the caveat that said healer will take on equivalent Clarity damage.
