The various Disciplines of blood magic are broken down into paths. Each of these Disciplines has access to specific paths, although most are specifically divided between the sorcerous Disciplines similar to Thaumaturgy (including Assamite Sorcery and Setite Sorcery) and the death magic Disciplines of Necromancy and its predecessor, Mortis.
Some paths of blood magic are associated with specific rituals or combination Disciplines.
