Palermo is a city in Sicily and the capital of the island.
Vampire: The Masquerade[]
The ancient city of Palermo is thrown into turmoil by the disappearance of Prince Marc de Clécy, a mercurial elder who ruled the city's Kindred population with a firm hand. It is later found that the Church of Caine tried to recruit the Prince into its fold. The turmoil leads Justicar Diana Iadanza to send an Archon force to mend the feud and establish a new Prince. A Masquerade breach had been caused by the chaos between Geni and Mancini vampire families, after photographed confrontation between the Ventrue Eleonora Ferrante and the Malkavian Nittu Ronchetti.
The Archons are attacked upon arrival by the Nuovi Beati Paoli hunters, but are soon supported by Sheriff Llazar Hajdari and his men.
