Oscar Hamilton is a New World Order Operative working at Null-B.
Overview[]
After the death of Null-B's chief commander Alonzo Vendiz, Hamilton quickly rose to the top of a bitterly divided Triumvirate. The Construct, which has weathered persistent Marauder attacks, has become famous throughout the Union for its battle-readiness and combat savvy. Hamilton, a high-ranking NWO operative, is the main reason for Null-B's survival.
A graduate of the NWO's top-ranked training academy, Hamiliton served as a Man in Black from World War II until Watergate, when his identity was compromised by top-secret tapes. He moved to the then-powerful Construct to serve as Vendiz' second in command and led the powerful shock-troops to victory after victory before a massive Marauder assault rocked Null-B in 1993. Since then, the outlying war Construct has suffered badly at the hands of flying Umbral horrors and internal dissent. Rumor has it that Hamilton assassinated Vendiz himself, but the mess the killing has left makes this unlikely.
Hamilton carries great weight with the Inner Circle. A brilliant strategist, he has coordinated raids against Horizon itself, and once forced the Council headquarters to move several of its Nodes to avoid being cut off. A quiet man with an unassuming demeanor, Hamilton hides his war-savvy well. Those who know him, however, speak of an inhuman vitality and deep commitment to reality deviant extermination.
