The Order is a first-tier variation on the Ordo Dracul. It has no particular history behind it; it's mostly made of academically or scientifically-minded neonates who want to figure out what they've become through experimentation and organized investigation. This frequently ends badly, whether in violent frenzy or Final Death. Coteries modeled on the Order are trying to seek power through knowledge, and typical do not have access to their sires or other organized institutions of vampires who can answer their questions in less risky ways.
