Old Realm Script is the written language used by the Old Realm in the First Age of Man -- the language of gods, raksha, and sorcery.
In Old Realm, multiple different symbols are available to select from for each individual letter. The letter C is transliterated with either a symbol of S or of K depending on if it's a hard or soft C. If a syllable ends in a consonant, that consonant is written with whatever vowel preceded it. The SH sound is represented with the SH symbol, and likewise, the TH sound is represented with the D symbol.
Symbols are combined together to form a single pictogram "word" of up to five syllables. Symbols are read left-to-right in groups of two pictograms per column, then up-to-down.
