Ogham is a Vampiric Discipline practiced by the extinct Celtic Lhiannan Clan in Vampire: The Masquerade. It relies on written symbols to achieve effects.
Powers
Level 1 - Consecrate The Grove
The Cainite bleeds widdershins on a vegetated
area(1 Blood Point=10 feet) to awaken spirits that
will protect her from physical harm.
Level 2 - Crimson Woad
The Cainite may summon battle spirits into
his body by inscribing mystical marks on himself.
Level 3 - Inscribe the Curse
The Cainite writes his enemy's name on a visible
part of his body to gain power over that enemy. He
may use one of the following curses:
Body: The Cainite renders his foe impotent(or, if a fellow Kindred, unable to use blood. Mind: The enemy becomes confused. Voice: The enemy is rendered mute. Soul: The enemy becomes more susceptible to frenzy.
Level 4 - Moon And Sun
The Cainite may inscribe the symbol of the moon or
sun on his own forehead or the forehead of someone
else. If he inscribes a sun symbol, the subject
becomes resistant to fire. If he inscribes a moon
symbol, the effect depends on the current phase of
the moon:
New Moon: Increases stealth. Crescent Moon: Increases wits. Half Moon: Increases perception. Gibbous Moon: Increases social abilities. Full Moon: Increases the amount of damage done.
When a moon sigil is inscribed, the subject is more prone to frenzy, and wwerewolves are enraged upon viewing the mark
Level 5 - Dragon Lines
The Cainite may inscribe powerful runes on a magical
site, channeling the mystical energy into himself.
This energy is used to increase all abilities
(rolls), until the mystical energy is depleted.
