- Niccolo Giovanni transcribes the chapter detailing Enoch and the Deluge. He manages to identify one of the commentators as the Tzimisce scholar Zarakiah.[1]
- 2003
- Yale researcher Yves Darra is found murdered in his office, estimated time of death at 3:45 PM local time. Darra was working on a new translation of the apocalyptic Dies Ignis, believed to be the inspiration for many images found in the Book of Revelations.[2]
- Oxford researcher Vera Sadry is found murdered in her LA home at roughly 1:00 PM local time. Sadry was most well known for her 1982 work translating Dies Ignis as The Burning of Time.[3]
- The gun used in both the Darra and Sadry murders is delivered to SAD investigator Woodrow Miller at his D.C. home at roughly 4 PM local time. Factoring in time zones, the three events were nearly simultaneous.[3]

- Israel stuns the world by declaring itself eretz hakodesh, or holy ground. The United Nations have called a special session to address the move. Although there is little actual violence, followers of beliefs other than Temple Judaism begin emigrating on a scale never before seen, many of them heading offworld.[4]
