- Assistant Director R. DuBois of Montreal's branch of the Department of Foreign Affairs sends a message to Deputy Director Jacques Cartier of the DFA's Quebec Orbital branch. DuBois wants to know why General Johnson of the FSA is citing provisions of the treaty he doesn't know about in order to get an FSM airbase outside Rouyn.^[5]
