Octavius Malachi was a Roman Ventrue elder of the Dark Ages, and the sire of Mararah. He was part of the Ventrue Gerousia, and held great influence in Venice.
Biography[]
Octavius was a powerful and influential Ventrue in Venice and within the Clan. With his power, he disregarded the Ventrue's policies and created many enemies among the clan.
After losing a childe to the Unbroken Circle hunters, he embraced a visiting Ethiopian prince. For this embrace not petitioned by the Clan, he was summoned to a meeting of the Gerousia in Rome. Prince Andronikos condemned him for breaking the Traditions, and he was tortured and brutally destroyed by Argent the Dreaded in front of the whole Gerousia and Mararah.
In his final moments, he whispered to Mararah that he would serve as his final vengeance against his Gerousia kin.
Description[]
Octavius is described as full head of closely cropped silver hair that framed his face along with a neatly trimmed beard and mustache. His light blue eyes were like frost on a pond. Octavius favored all black attire clothing.
After submitting to execution by the Gerousia, Octavius looked apathic and bored of the Traditions forced upon him by his Ventrue kin, somehow desiring his extinction off this world.
